Once your schedule has been released, cancelling one of your shifts is no longer possible. You can only cancel when you are sick. This has to be done before 11:00.

Keep in mind that the operational planning of a city is scheduled based on the shifts that are published in Shift Planning. Please be mindful when cancelling shifts.
