Here are the reasons to contact Live Operation Agents via the chat:
- The delivery will be delayed
- The customer is not at home
- You had an accident such as a flat tyre or the food dropped
- Customer complaints
- Your e-bike battery is low (in case you ride one)
There are 2 types of chat available:
- A chat where you can talk only with the Live Operation Agent.
- A general chat with all other colleagues in your city. Everyone be able to see your messages, so keep the communication in the chat about work only.
