The chat will be your main way to contact our Live Operation Agents.

Here are the reasons to contact Live Operation Agents via the chat:

  • The delivery will be delayed
  • The customer is not at home
  • You had an accident such as a flat tyre or the food dropped
  • Customer complaints
  • Your e-bike battery is low (in case you ride one)

There are 2 types of chat available:

  1. A chat where you can talk only with the Live Operation Agent.
  2. A general chat with all other colleagues in your city. Everyone be able to see your messages, so keep the communication in the chat about work only.
