Not showing up to your shift

If you cannot attend a shift, contact the Courier Coordinator as soon as you can to discuss your specific case.

You fill in your availability weekly, meaning it’s your responsibility to think of any other activities or plans you have that week. With specific exceptions, not showing up to a shift is not allowed nor will it be accepted.
