There are two ways in which the customer can leave a tip. They can leave a tip via the Food Tracker™ within 24 hours after placing an order, or they can add a tip via the Order History page up to 14 days after placing an order.
The customer can still leave a cash tip at the door. However, using the online tipping feature reduces the need for person-to-person contact, which is particularly important in helping prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Our top priority is our couriers’ and customers’ safety.
You will receive your tips as part of your payslip, and any required local taxes will be deducted.
Tips will be processed through our internal payroll or our partner agency’s payroll. You will receive the total tipped amount with your salary.
The customer will have an option to tip 5%, 10% or 15% of the order subtotal. They simply chose the percentage they would like to tip.
Yes, you can view your tips in real time in the driver app.
Tips are paid out to the individual driver who receives the tip, they are not shared.
